Patogh Jobs is looking for a psychologist with experience or interest in industrial and organizational psychology to participate in developing talent assessment systems and career counseling.

We are developing an advanced talent identification and personality assessment system that helps job seekers better understand themselves and employers make better choices. This is a unique opportunity to combine psychology with technology.
💡 Collaboration Nature:
This is a 6-month opportunity to work in Psychology of Work field and learn practical application of psychological sciences in the work world. You will participate in the complete process of designing and implementing assessment tools.
🎯 Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing personality assessment questionnaires
- Creating tests for evaluating job skills and cognitive abilities
- Analyzing psychological data and providing insights
- Consulting in designing job matching algorithms
- Creating educational content in personal and career development
- Providing online counseling to platform users
- Validation and standardization of assessment tools
- Research on HR Psychology trends
Requirements
✅ Required Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology
- Familiarity with assessment principles and psychometrics
- Interest in industrial and organizational psychology
- Data analysis and descriptive statistics skills
- Ability to write reports and interpret results
- Strong communication skills for counseling
- English for reading scientific resources
