Patogh Jobs is looking for a creative and motivated designer to participate in designing exceptional user experience for our platform and gain professional skills alongside our design system team.
🎨 About Our Design Challenge:
We are designing a complex platform that should be usable for job seekers, employers, and freelancers. Each group has different needs and we must create a seamless and intuitive experience.
💡 Collaboration Nature:
This is a 6-month opportunity to work on real-world projects and learn advanced skills in UI/UX design. You will work alongside our senior designers and participate in the complete design thinking process.
🎯 Projects and Responsibilities:
- Designing wireframes and prototypes for new pages
- Creating user flows and information architecture
- Designing responsive design for desktop and mobile
- Working on design system and style guide
- Conducting user research and usability testing
- Creating high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Close collaboration with frontend team for implementation
- User experience optimization based on analytics
Requirements
✅ Required Skills:
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
- Experience with Figma or Adobe XD
- Understanding user-centered design concepts
- Familiarity with responsive design principles
- Strong communication skills for teamwork
- Interest in learning user research methods
- English for reading design resources
⭐ Additional Advantages:
- Experience with Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with prototyping tools (Principle, Framer)
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience in user testing and research
- Familiarity with design systems
- Experience working with development teams
